    You may order by phone by calling one of our customer service representatives between 9:00AM and 5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday. Call (818) 502 0700 to shop by phone.

    If you provide your email address when you order by phone, and after all orders placed online through shop.Lounge22.com, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours after you have placed it.

  • How long will it take to receive my order

    Your order will take 3-4 days to process and 4-6 weeks for delivery, depending on shipper and location. If you have any further questions please  contact us.

  • What is your return policy

    At Lounge22, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

    Please contact Lounge22 first to schedule your return. Do not deliver to the warehouse without proper scheduling.

    Lounge22 will accept merchandise returns for standard delivery items within 30 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt, less a 20% restocking fee. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or packing slip. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail or in person at any Lounge22 location (or warehouse locations). Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value, less a 20% restocking fee. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Store returns without a receipt require a valid photo ID.

    At Lounge22, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight, and size of items. Approximate shipping charges and delivery details for items in your cart are based on the merchandise total for each delivery address. Exact shipping charges and delivery details for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states are 10% of merchandise total. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are 15% of the order total. Some heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous states; if you want to ship to U.S. territories or APO or FPO addresses, please call our customer service department at (818) 502 0700 between 9:00AM and 6:00PM PST, Monday through Friday.

  • Am I limited to the fabric options that are offered with each piece?

    We have preselected certain fabric and vinyl options for our pieces.  These selections have been determined based on the unique mien of each piece, however,  Lounge22 customers are not limited to these choices.  Upholstery options include the following:

    • Clients may mix and match any of our offered materials and pieces at no additional cost. See our upholstery collection here.

    • Clients may customize their furniture by providing us with material to upholster their chosen piece.  This would include furniture pieces fabricated in genuine leather.  Customized pieces are a final sale.  There will be no exchange or return options for customized sales.

    • Clients may also customize their furniture by requesting Lounge22 to provide additional fabric or vinyl options that are not included in the current line.  There will be a 20% upcharge on special materials purchased by Lounge22 for fabrication.

Ordering Information

  • New & Returning Customers

    New customers do not need an account to shop at Lounge22, however you can save your order information on the receipt page. Once your information is saved, returning customers may sign in using their email address and password.

  • Product Availability

    All Lounge22 products are made to order. After you place your order, at your request we will send you a swatch sample of the fabric you chose for your product. Once the fabric is approved, an estimated delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks is required. All bamboo products have an 8 week delivery time.

  • Cancel or Change an Order

    To cancel or change an order please contact customer service at (818) 502 0700 between 9:00AM and 5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday. Cancellations must be made before a swatch sample is approved for fabrication.

  • Accepted Payment Methods

    Currently we accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Sales Tax

    Lounge22 collects sales tax on items delivered within the following states: California (CA).
